We come here because the food is good and the salad is fresh and there are a lot of gluten free options. We were there Sunday and everyone was friendly and working hard. But tonight we went there and this was not the case at all! They were friendly enough talking order inside but when I went to grab another plate for salad bar it took a minute for anyone to notice me. An older gentleman (who was busy in the back) came out to help and was friendly. There were 2 young ladies close by trying to look busy "working" at a snails pace. Either of them could have handed me a plate real quick but choose not to put forth the effort. Ok that's fine, we went on had a good meal and left. Then my son called and wanted a sandwich so we went through the drive through. We ordered a gluten free sandwich and drove around to pay. The only thing the young lady at the drive through said to us was "do you want it tosted" and acted like she was really put out that she had to do her job. That's literally the ONLY thing she said to us. She brought the bag to the window verrrry slowly, like we were disturbing her day. No smile, no nothing, and just handed it to my husband. She didn't say thank you, she didn't reply "you're welcome" when my husband thanked her. Nothing. Customer service with tonight's crew was severally lacking. I don't expect everyone to be super friendly like In N Out or Chick-Fil-A employees but responding when someone talks to you should be required in customer service or anywhere in life for that matter. The food is good but I was really disappointed with the experience overall.
