Our waiter, Mango, was phenomenal—attentive to every detail of my dietary needs and making me feel completely at ease, even saying, “You’re in the right place.” The food was absolutely savory, with bold, authentic Mexican flavors that exceeded all expectations. To make the day even more special, Mango sang opera for my daughter’s birthday—a show-stopping moment we’ll always cherish. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, and the entire experience was terrific. Highly recommend Javelina Cantina for exceptional gluten-free Mexican food and unforgettable service!
