Amazing gluten-free afternoon tea.

Lovely ambience and mostly fabulous service. I say mostly because at times they are to busy to provide the attention one may desire. I have eaten in JG in NYC (and Miami) multiple times and loved it so was quite disappointed in the food here. Granted I am a vegan and a celiac it seems somehow harder for European chefs to perform at this task than North American chefs. The amuse-bouche was absolutely delightful, a truffled roasted artichoke soup. I could have easily had that over the lentil soup I ordered which was overwhelming salty, yet still quite tasty. My main course was a green curry dish which was only slightly larger than my very small soup. It was to salty but quite tasty, but than again salt does make everything taste better. Being vegan dishes the portions were extremely small and my main course was approximately the size of a small side of vegetables. Service is friendly and polite and my friend I was dining with did truly enjoy his non vegan non gluten free options.
