I love the wide open space of this place. You can cozy up in the back corner, visit lots of people at a long table, enjoy the huge fireplace on a drizzly day, or sit with your kids while you get a coffee or tea break and they play. All the baked goods are gluten-free, and half are also vegan. Drinks for staying cap at 12oz, though 16oz to-go cups are available. The espresso carries notes of raspberry and kiwi...very unique flavor profile. The syrup flavors are all made in-house and quality flavor. That said, none of them are sugar-free. The chai is also an in-house family recipe. It wasn't heavily spiced or overly sweet. It is a good middle of the road, balanced chai. This is in a parking lot next to a church that the coffee house is part of. If you use the bathroom, there are church service times listed by the sink. There is also a regular Bible study group that uses the long table every weekend morning. As such, parking can be very tricky. The building is in the center of the city block, so you only see a clapboard at the street to alert you it exists.

Best coffee shop in Vancouver!!! Plus everything is gluten free. They have the best vanilla latte I've ever had. Barista was very knowledgeable and the coffee has a cool story behind it. Must visit if you're walking near Fort Vancouver or at Clark College.
