Jefferson's

Husband and I have been looking for a new wing place and I'm so glad we tried Jefferson's!! We ordered a 30 piece with sauces on the side so we could share. I got the garlic parm (so good!!) and husband got the spicy garlic parm and another hot sauce (which he liked both). The wings were served with celery. One observation we both had were that the wings were cooked perfectly and were a good size. We were somewhere recently that had tiny wings. We both felt that the price was fair (especially for the quality). They came out hot and crispy. Our server was Lori, who greeted us with a smile and was a pleasure to talk to. I asked about a dedicated fryer because our son has celiac and was pleased that she double checked with the kitchen to confirm that they did. I look forward to coming back and bringing my son (who loves wings but usually cannot order them because of cross contamination). We will be back!!!
