Jei was amazing for service and taste and especially variety and flexibility. My mom and I ordered 5 gluten and dairy free rolls to share and they were all amazing and they set aside a specific area to just prep our sushi. That was amazing for us. I will absolutely go here again.

Wonderful people and best AYCE sushi in Springs. They properly accomodate for people with Celiacs disease by having seperate and clean food preparation. I've been going to them for dates with my wife for 7 years. The environment, and food has always been good. They are sometimes extremely busy so expect service as fast as they can offer, be patient. In my opinion this place is more fun than fine dining so if you have a stick up your a** it might not be your thing.
