A lot of gluten free options including gluten free hamburger buns. They have a dedicated fryer. Very conscientious about safe operation given need for gluten free foods and preparation. The food is also delicious.

Absolutely amazing spot! Jerseys Corner in Parowan totally exceeded my expectations. The food is fresh, flavorful, and the staff is super friendly. I have to give a special shoutout to their gluten-free options—it's not easy finding good gluten-free food in a small town, but they nailed it. The gluten-free bun was actually soft and tasted great (not dry like most places)they also toasted my bun which is very rare with gluten free buns, and they were careful about cross-contamination, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Whether you're gluten-free or not, this place is worth the stop. Highly recommend!
