Great experience. I asked them for a gluten free sandwich for my wife who has celiac disease and they went to great lengths to make sure there is no cross contamination. I know it’s a pain in the neck to wipe down all the machinery, use separate condiments, use separate bread and knives, and wipe counters down, but it’s very much appreciated and keeps us coming back again and again.
