GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! They have Udis GF sub bread!!!! They also have Udis soft baked cookies. The changed their gloves and prepared my sub on a piece of parchment rather than the counter. I haven’t had a sub sandwich in over a decade. It was nice to have a sub!
