Jersey Mike's Subs

On July 5th I placed an online order for 4 gluten free sandwiches. I was called a little while later saying they canceled my order because they didn't have any gluten free bread. I asked them to refund my card then. The girl said there was no one there that could do it but she'd leave a note for the next day. No one did the refund. I've called the store multiple times and it says voicemail is full. I filed a refund with my bank and somehow Jersey Mike's declined to refund my money. This is all very sketchy. I didn't get my sandwiches but they get to keep over $50. I have also emailed corporate who messaged them and the store was supposed to contact me and never did. What a SCAM!

I love they have gluten free sandwich here, the only problem is the extra fee for it being gluten free or to make it s full size vs half sandwich. If that was lower, they'd sell twice as much. They should either make the size bigger or lower the cost for full size because I'm sure a lot more people would be interested in their gluten free versions more. They gluten free cookie though is awesome.
