I ordered a cheesesteak and was so excited! I ordered it with gluten free bread because I am celiac as well as extra cheese (which costs extra for both). I am a student so I get back to school with enough time to eat my meal, I open it and IT IS ON REGULAR BREAD! I actually shed a tear. I tried to call back multiple times because I did not have time to run back and get a new one, no one answered. Very upset about this experience and no one willing to help.

I used to love Jersey Mike's but then I had to stop going there because of my gluten problem. My friend went there few weeks ago and sent me a picture of gluten free bread. Now that I know they have gluten free bread I went back and I'm lovin' it. Only problem is that some employees don't know how to handle the bread and avoid cross contamination.
