As a celiac person it’s rare you find someone who takes care to clean the equipment and workspace for you, especially in a sandwich shop where bread is everywhere. Adrian did just that for me! And my sandwich was fantastic! 10/10!

We went specifically so I could try a sub on gluten free bread. The sub was tasty, but the gf sub bun was very very dry. My husband was disappointed that there was only white bread buns rather than optional choices. Price reasonable.
