Jersey Mike's is amazing. I am allergic to gluten so 1. They offer gluten free buns, which aren't bad. 2 they have a great protocol when it comes to decreasing cross contamination. The lady who waited on me, I believe her name is Tashana (not sure if it's spelled correctly). She did an awesome job. She changed gloves, used a tray with a wrapper on it, prepared it away from the others, even got the veggies from back instead of the front tubs they use for regular subs. Will definitely go back!
