Ok, so I’m gluten free. When I confirm it as an allergy as opposed to a preference, these guys were absolute stars. They changed their gloves, cleaned surfaces, the works. Management, please give your team a massive bonus!

I went in to order a gluten free sandwich and ive been to other Jersey Mike’s all over Dfw and even California. This location was the only one who did not treat my sandwich with care and basically tried to poison me. It’s so frustrating when the employees aren’t trained by the same standard or won’t even try to accommodate for illnesses. “A sub above” that’s the brand, but I definitely did not feel the virtues the phrase embodies.
