Great place for a sandwich. And good for gluten free

Big jersey mikes fan. Best subs in town AND of course #1 thing we love and appreciate is the gluten free bread option. 🙌🏻 they get a lotttt more business offering gf than other sandwhich shops that don’t. Love that. However- 2 times in the last couple of months I ordered a gf sub as usual and not until I arrived to pick up did they tell me they were out of gf bread. Well, I can’t have anything else due to allergy so cancelled my order and left. Happened again about 3 weeks later. Big bummer to market something and usually have it but then run out of it what seems consistently now. Also- my husband now says when we order online that he will leave to pick it up 40 mins AFTER the ready time the app gives when you order. When he gets there 40 mins late, 8/10 our order still isn’t even started yet. 40 mins after the ready time they gave us 😂 pretty wild. Very slow. Need more employees or training or something? A few of the employees I’ve watched stand there and kind of stare around, and slowly make the sandwhich stopping every 2 or 3 steps to visit with coworkers and joke and do something different. Does not help the situation.
