My first time there and they were over staffed and extremely slow. Ordered gluten free but my sandwich was contaminated by a new employee who had not been trained on GF procedure yet. No apologies or accountability for the mistake - they just made me a new sandwich and I was the one who apologized for my own inconvenience!
