The staff here was genuinely friendly & accommodating! I always feel like a Karen having to ask for gluten free, but unfortunately allergic reactions can last weeks. I rarely eat out due to the anxiety it creates.
Let's face it, gluten free bread typically tastes like cardboard. But the staff warmed my sandwich to make it more palatable, & kindly checked on me as I ate...going above & beyond service wise in a fast casual restaurant.
The sandwich was so large I couldn't finish. The bacon was perfectly crisped (most places give you soggy bacon, I appreciate little factors like this.) Overall, it was a positive experience, & the staff clearly enjoyed their team.
I've managed restaurants & this team was on point.
