I got the sub in the top because I have a gluten allergy. Unfortunately, your guy's gluten allergy protocol has been lacking the last couple times people are not aware that you can't use the same knife that you cut a roll with to cut the meet with somebody with a gluten allergy. The second prep station was not cleaned off and the bowls were stuck on that prep station, where there was still bread particles. You used to have a high awareness for us with this problem. But unfortunately, this may be my last time going
