This spot's atmosphere is notably chaotic and crowded, which may impact the dining experience for those seeking a calm environment. Despite this, the establishment's handling of gluten-free orders raises concerns, as staff showed little attention to cleanliness or allergen safety protocols, affecting overall comfort for gluten-sensitive guests.

Went here on a road trip. Ordered a gluten free one because I have celiac. This one is barely above the worst jersey mikes I have been too (only winning because they didn't have breadcrumbs covering evrry surface). Zero care about keeping things clean, handling regular bread and then my food after telling them allergy. The lady making our children's literally touched all over their buns and then dug her hands in the lettuce and fluffed it around. The finale was them not bothering to label the gluten free vs regular one, leaving us to guess what was what.
