About a month ago I ordered two gluten free subs through delivery. My subs arrived and no bread was included because they were out, yet I paid extra for my gluten free bread. The store did not inform me of this and it still allowed me to place my order in the app. I ordered sandwiches, not a bowl of meat and toppings. I called the store for a refund and the employee said the manager would call me the following day. She took my info but I never received a call so I called. Jasmine was very friendly and offered me two replacement GF subs.
I went once to try to redeem my subs but the store was again out of gluten free bread.
I finally tried one more time today. The store had my bread, and one of my two sandwiches was great. The other which was a buffalo chicken was missing everything but the chicken and cheese. No toppings, no sauce. A plain chicken sub. Overall, very frustrated with how this store is operating. While we were waiting for our order, we stood in the lobby as multiple employees stared at us. No greeting, no welcome in. Employees had ear buds in and made it clear they don’t care about the customer experience or food quality being served. Luckily another location is just down the street.
