Don’t recommend if you have an allergy. I was ordering and kindly asked if they would mind changing their gloves due to a gluten allergy. The lady’s mood entirely changed. Came back a few minutes later to tell me someone would be making it in the back. She relayed my order to him by saying, “I don’t believe in gluten free but she says she has an allergy” As someone who is fairly new to Celiacs Disease, I am insecure and already feel like a burden. Her comment was said directly in front of me and I believe it was entirely disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, they made the wrong sandwich. This is the worst experience I’ve had thus far in the food industry regarding my dietary restrictions. Branch St location in Providence, RI.

I’ve been here several times and it’s been fine. Tonight I ordered a gluten free Italian all the way (-salt, +mayo and banana peppers). I got a sub with just meat and cheese? Gross. Really disappointed today!
