Jersey Mike's Subs

I could not believe they had gluten free roll. I was so hungry for a sub and always loved Jersey Mikes. I cannot have Gluten at all without causing stomach pain etc. I ordered a hot sub and there were 2 girls over at the grill there but i could not see over the area where they cooking. But after I started eating it i started getting very sick and that's when i knew they did cross contaminated my food. They most likely did not change gloves, wiped the counter, or clean the knife or other utensils they used on normal rolls. I will not go back there because I cannot trust they will not do it again. The food was not that good either it sat there for bit to and it was luke warm, messy, like it was thrown together and service was lacking i stood there for a bit before anyone too my order the boy did apologize and was nice. The place was disorganized and tables where we sit were dirty too. Manager needs to talk with the staff about this issue and get training about people who cannot have Gluten because it cause many issues for the customers. This was my go to Jersey Mikes not anymore.
