Delivered food has been incorrect the last three times. We have ordered five times total but three strikes and you're out. It takes a LOT to get me upset but answering the phone when my wife's gluten-free sandwich was wrong and hanging up SEVEN times on me before I could get a word out? That does it.
I order delivery so I don't have to go out. Doesn't everyone who orders delivery? To be required to drive back to a store that got the order wrong (on three separate occasions) is ludicrous! I'd already waited an hour for delivery and then had to drive 17 minutes to the store, 19 to get back home, plus the time in the store and. I had to do the leg-work three separate times and I HAD ORDERED DELIVERY!
The food, once prepared correctly, has been quite good. Maybe just do it right the first time.
