My wife placed an online order at 5:30pm and was told it would be 10-15 minutes for pickup. We arrived at 5:50 and our food wasn't started. They quickly started my order for a hot sandwich and informed me it would be a couple minutes before the could start my wife's as she ordered a gluten free sandwich and they needed to clean the slicer and the work surfaces after they finished their current orders. This seemed reasonable to me so I sat down to wait. I continued to wait while they served 6 people who walked in after me plus an unknown amount of online orders. At 6:20 an employee came over and asked what I was waiting for. When I told her she got one of the other employees work on my wife's sandwich but they did not clean the slicer, or the work surface. Overall, I will never go back to this location and I recommend anyone with food sensitivities stay away as well. They clearly haven't been well trained or they don't care. That coupled with the almost hour wait for two sandwiches while they served everyone else is completely unacceptable.

Today I got bread salad sandwich…manager assigned my gluten free giant sandwich to new staff….she didn’t put bacon on it had already cut them out bread on sideways cashier saw and tried to fix and sandwich was roll with free floating bacon…very disappointing and sad 😔
