Constantly gets my orders wrong. First of all DO NOT order online they get our orders wrong 100% of the time when we do. I have made a habit of going in but last night they still got 2 of our orders wrong. I get in ordering for a family if 6 but I don’t feel that our orders are that difficult. Yes they’re customized but the two that they got wrong was the most simple ones to fix. There was 2 number 9s giant. One on their gluten-free bread and one on wheat and they got the bread right both of them were done Mike’s way one with mayo, one with brown mustard really simple. The bread and mustard on one and Mayo on the other is the only thing customized. But what did they get wrong? They gave me 2 number 8s not 9s. Even though I pointed out that I noticed there wasn’t any bacon or roast beef on either sandwich. They didn’t say anything to me. So, even when ordering while I was there and saying something, they still got the order wrong. They were not swamped. It was one guy making my sandwiches. When another customer came in a woman helped that customer. So there was plenty of people. When they’ve gotten orders wrong and I have returned orders, they remake them but it’s weird because they’ll take the wrong sandwich back which is fine. I guess eat it or throw it in the trash but they don’t offer any sort of discounts or anything like that. For a place that is constantly messing up like this they really need to do something I’m making their customers happy sadly I don’t think I’ll be back. There’s another Jersey Mike’s that I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to that I’ve never had issues with. Step it up your people need to pay attention. Maybe one person doing hot sandwiches. One person on the slicer. One person putting the toppings on. One person ringing up orders and wrapping. And one person for back up and clean up. This means you need a total of 5 people at ALL times at minimum. Realistically 6 would be better during lunch and dinner rushes. But 5 should always be there. And make it up to customers when y’all mess up! Maybe you’ll make less mistakes if you offer coupons when you mess up. I also always tip when I’m there. I appreciate hard work but these people need to be better trained. There needs to be more people and a system. Maybe then y’all can have time to address the cleanliness of the store that others are complaining about.
