Jersey Mike's Subs

A little hit or miss depending on who is working. I've gone several times now when they have not prepared the gluten free bread, they have it, they just forgot. Unfortunately for me that's the only reason I'm here and I don't want to wait 20 minutes. But when they are on their game it's a stuffed amazing sub.

Absolutely unacceptable service, I am not one to complain about businesses but I'll be reporting this location to their corporate office. Jersey Mike's advertises gluten free/allergy friendly food, and as such takes on the responsibility to handle these orders as carefully as possible. No exceptions. I have Celiac Disorder and a severe dairy allergy. I accept the risk of cross contamination when eating out, it's unavoidable at times. But to have seemingly hid provolone in my 100% no cheese BLT is ridiculous. I could end up in the ER over something like this easily. Not to mention, my order had onions and enough mayo to make a soup despite ordering neither I'll have stomach flu symptoms for the next 2-3 days and it is 100% the fault of whoever made this sandwich. Avoid this sh*t show at all costs.
