Jersey Mike's Subs

I used to come to this location a couple years ago and the service was terrible with horrid attitudes from literally every single person working. I’ve been twice now in the past two weeks and everyone is SUPER kind, polite, joyful and accommodating of my gluten allergy. Managers Eeve and Kim are wonderful! I am so glad to feel comfortable coming back and getting my delicious Jersey Mike sandwiches again!!!

Ordered 7 sandwiches including 1 gluten free. The lady at the register asked if it was preferred or allergy. My son has celiac disease so I advised allergy. She advised me it would take 20 minutes because they would have to clean the grill to make the GF sandwich. I said ok. She then proceeded to give me stink eye as any other customer came in and she would advise each of them it would be 20 minutes before she could have their sandwiches made. Ironically no one left. Each customer said no problem. Food was great, customer service, not so much.
