Advertising GF but not educating your staff to cross contamination is not safe. Rushing through a quick clean on the slicer isnt safe for you potential customers that have Gluten allergies. Then when I ask for fresh veggies from the back I am told that everything has touched bread by one of your employees! Horrible. Please educate your folks.
