While the staff is always friendly and do a good job the food is not good. I have gotten 3 different subs and each one does not taste fresh. Lettuce tasted is off almost sour. The cold cuts are not fresh at all. I go to another sub shop or even a convenience store the subs are much better. Also member of our family requires gluten free bread which JM has but it os bad. Very bad. Your staff is excellent but food needs to improve.

They have gluten free subs here now and they are really good, so happy I can come back here for lunch now. I ate here two days in a row! Best sandwiches ever!!
