Jersey Mike's Subs

I'm gluten free and they always go out of their way to ensure I don't get cross contaminated and the subs are great !

I was disappointed beyond belief with this particular location. The employee behind the counter not only stated she wouldn’t do that, she also had a terrible attitude and acted as though I was asking her to sacrifice her first born. She clearly showed no concern that this wasn’t as issue of simply personally preference, but of a legitimate medical condition that I can’t control, even after explaining this to all three of the employees kindly. Up until today, Jersey Mike’s has always been so kind and accommodating to our gluten allergy. The employees annoyance was so profound that even the guest behind me leaned over and acknowledged the fact that their attitudes were inexcusable. None of the three workers behind the counter offered to help. I left extremely embarrassed and tearful as I frantically searched for another option to feed my daughter on our way to the next commitment. This will be the last time we ever step foot back into this particular location. No one should be made to feel as an inconvenience for a food allergy that they cannot help.
