Ordered a gluten free cheese steak with peppers and onions yesterday. 2 hrs later started throwing up, shaking, chills and sweating real bad. Had to call ambulance, when they got there they said bad food poisoning. Doesn't anybody do quality control on the stuff they use

I've lived Jim's forever and have never complained. I am now gluten free and thrilled that JM across the country had GF quality bread and all staff have always asked if allergy or not. I was let down this time. The initial preparer was apathetic and never asked. I needed the sandwich for the next day and asked for all toppings on the side. This employee didn't listen to me and proceeded as normal and I had to ask two more times to which he seemed annoyed. Not the usual service and terribly disappointed. Retraining seems to be in order for GF and friendly customer service the way its always been.
