CELIAC HERE. After being diagnosed two years ago, this is the only place I can go for a sub. I realize that an allergy is something you have to educate people about. I do advocate for myself, explaining the necessity of clean surface and separate utensils, separate toppings, glove change. As long as you work with them and be patient, they will provide you with a safe sub. Don’t be afraid to ask for a manager if you don’t feel confident. Dedicated customer here.
