Jersey Mike's Subs

family is Gluten free and I walked in Halloween Night, Trevor and 2 other guys were working. Trevor removed all non GF bread from the area, cleaned the knives, wiped down the counters and got new paper to work on. This is normal protocol but for a restaurant to do it was awesome. We have added Jerseys mikes to our weekly menu now that we got this awesome experience. Keep up the great work Trevor

I ask for a tuna dish mini on gluten free and the guy proceeds to tell me they don’t have it when it’s on the menu. The other employee says we do have it and he asks me if it’s preference or allergy because if it’s preferred then for the mini size they have to clean the cutter or something like that. I said does it matter if it’s preference or allergy? I didn’t think that was the sandwich companies business.... made me feel uncomfortable and like I was having them do so much extra work to clean the cutter for my allergy.
