Jersey Mike's Subs

What's the point of ordering online so it's ready when you come? They make no attempt to make your order while you stand there and wait while they continue to make walk in orders. Not friendly at all. Somebody needs to manage this place properly. I don't think this is how the founder expects this to operate. I'd suggest ordering from a local small business instead. I also while I stood there thinking about canceling my order watched as they went to the gluten free area and spread the mayo on regular bread. Why offer gluten free?????

Don't go to the Latham location! The workers here are extremely rude. No matter if it’s busy or not you will most likely get greeted with a “what you want?” Followed by an eye roll no matter what you ask for. Don’t even dare ask for a gluten free order (allergy) unless you want even worse treatment and made to feel like your allergy is a huge inconvenience to them. After our last experience there we will be driving to the other locations for a Jersey Mike order!
