Ever since they opened the new location in Crystal River, the staff in Inverness have been hit or miss with getting orders correct when I order online. I literally have to stand in front of them to make sure the order is correct. And the music is always blaring with whatever station the staff deem to play. I'll come back because they are the only place with gluten-free options for my son, but I hate that I'm beholden to this place for that one thing. The staff really are sweet, but I wish they would just take their time to review the order instead of trying to kick out orders fast and having it wrong.
