Jersey Mike's Subs

*This is amended to a higher grade, without edit, because I have great respect for companies who care about customer feedback and making things right. The CC did still happen, so I cannot give a perfect 5* I got cross contaminated when I specified I'm a celiac patient...I felt comfortable placing an order because of how careful Jersey Mike's has been, but when I went in, there was a kid who had no idea my sandwich was made, it wasn't bagged, and he initially handed it to another customer. I lost all confidence at that point, and my suspicions were confirmed about 10 minutes after eating my food. I'm just incredibly disappointed. I am bed bound when I have these exposures that shouldn't have happened, and I'll likely miss work tomorrow too (not to be dramatic, it's just true). Positive star portion reflects my usual experience

Love the subs, fresh bread, tasty and filling. Customer service is top notch. Love that they are accommodating to the gluten free world.

Love that they have gluten free bread and they take extra caution for celiac people.
