Jersey Mike's has the worst service I've ever experienced. Being gluten free, I've always been reluctant to eat out and knowing Jersey Mike's offers a gluten free sub was refreshing. Every time I went to the store in Altoona, PA, the staff act inconvenienced to make my sub. I've even had eye rolling. How disgusting to treat a customer this way. I've reported the behavior of staff to corporate only to be appeased with a coupon. Unfortunately I will never be back because of the way I've been treated. I also had a family member that went their frequently and would place orders for pick up. Their order was NEVER right. The store in Altoona deserves a 0/5 stars if it was possible to provide a rating this low. Horrible.
