Jersey Mike's Subs

I have a health condition and chose this place specifically because they advertised they offered gluten free options. When I asked for a gluten free sandwich, the woman working was extremely rude and made a very big deal about having to follow the protocol. The other people in the restaurant were starring and I felt so humiliated. I just wanted to leave. 😢 My sandwich wasn't very good. The bread was dry and crumbly and the flavor bland. Even if the sandwich was good, I won't ever go back to a Jersey Mike's just because of how I was treated by the staff. I am sure other staff aren't like this, but I just felt so sad and awful just don't want to go back.

This Jersey Mike's location is great! All the staff are super friendly, helpful, and made the experience not only delicious but fun! I love their gluten free options!

Every couple of months we try to give this place a chance, since we are local and they have good gluten free options. I always order online for pickup, at least an hour ahead of the pickup time, and Every. Single. Time. I end up sat in the corner for at least 20 minutes waiting for my food after the pickup time. I order online to get my food quicker, but this is ridiculous and the attitude of the employees is horrendous. I've worked food service. I understand it's hard, but if you hate it, don't take it out on the customers.
