They did a great job ensuring my gluten free sandwich was not contaminated with gluten. The sandwich was amazing and so was the service!

This is not a cileac safe environment. We walked in and saw the sandwich builder handle gluten bread then go straight to handleing and cutting meat and cheese without gloves change.
