These guys know how to make a tasty sandwich! My wife and son are gluten free and that's all we had to say and they were extra careful to keep any potentially "evil" gluten away while making their sandwiches. The original Italian was on deck for me and the dude that made my sandwich said it was his fav, so I said "make it like you would".. and so he did. It was literally the best sandwich I have ever had. Can't wait to go back!
