Jersey Mike's Subs

We came in to get a gluten free sandwich for a celiac friend. They cleaned the entire line before making the sandwich. Even while making the sandwich they were still being super cautious. This is the best customer care I have ever seen in any place. I am proud to say that Jersey Mike's is the place to go if you want to feel like you are being taken care of. They deserve an award. Btw, I do not work here, or at any Jersey Mike's. This was my first time into the store, and, wow, I was impressed.

We are excited to have Jersey Mikes in West Valley! I appreciate that they offer gluten free bread. My 3 star review is based off my last experience here, the worker wasn’t mean but she also wasn’t nice. For example, I would ask her something and instead of acknowledging that I said something she would turn away and tell someone else. No smiles of friendly demeanor. I think customer service is so important and this particular Jersey Mikes could improve.

Dude I seriously love this place there’s a worker named Gillian there AMAZING customer service! Rosa is also AMAZING made sure to use proper sanitization when it came to my gluten free and didn’t make me feel like it was a burden like other places have 10/10
