Jersey Mike's Subs

I watched the guy who adds toppings to the subs slide lettuce from the cutting board area that had fallen off prepped subs made with regular bread back into the lettuce container to be reused. For a business that claims to be allergy friendly/ celiac friendly, this is completely unsafe. Jersey Mikes advertises that they cater to those with allergies and food sensitivities. The owner needs to retrain their staff on food safety and stress not reusing toppings from the cutting board.

Eat here most days of the week due to my gluten allergy. Sad to say but one manger there has ruined my experience one too many times if it's not the rudeness or miscommunication of charging me extra, and not wanting to refund me my money, I've had numerous occasions with this manager, and I will not be back to this jersey mikes due to her service. Then they have another manager named Jasmine, who was courteous enough to give me her name who not only stuck up for this manager and said that she is her most beloved employee, but also days prior Friday specifically complained about how she never is there on Fridays and is a manager and that shouldn't happen since Friday is the busiest day Again, complaining in front of customers about employees is unprofessional as Well.
