I am celiac and came here for the first time because they had a sign for gluten free. It was great!!! You don't see many gluten free sub places and this was actually really Good! They had a large size too, just under $20 though. But they used udis bread which most celiacs know very well. I got the Italian with oil and vinegar and didn't seem to have any issues with it afterwards. They used a separate cutting board and knife as well. Awesome stuff!
