I visited a few weeks ago during non-peak times and was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered two sandwiches, one of which was on gluten free bread. Since I specified that it is an allergy, the person preparing the sandwich has to clean the grill and change gloves. There was a new employee (an older man) who hadn't done this before. He asked the manager (younger woman) what the protocol was. When she said he had to clean the grill, he caused a fuss and refused to do it. After much arguing between the two of them, he eventually gave in and cleaned the grill but it did not make me feel safe eating there.
If you have Celiac disease or any other allergies, I would advise not eating here as they don't always comply with the necessary precautions to keep your food safe to eat.
