Jersey Mike's Subs

I normally don’t write reviews but felt I had to today. I completely screwed up when ordering on the app today for delivery. It was not saving for some reason so I had to re-input my order a few times. I forgot to change it to a sub in a tub or to gluten free bread but remembered to add a note that I have celiac disease. To my surprise the staff added a note to the bag saying it was gluten free and made it with gluten free bread. I truly appreciate you taking the extra steps fixing my mistake. Eating out with celiac disease is hard and frustrating. I rarely feel safe eating out. I know you guys in Maple Valley take extra steps to make sure my food is safe. I try to order at non-peak hours to help minimize the hassle. I know it’s a pain and some employees may not understand how important the extra steps you take are. Thank you for saving my lunch today and for all that you do. Again, I truly appreciate you guys.

have only been there the once... so i only gave it 4 stars. i will forsure go back thou! staff was nice and greeted us as we walked in. lady behind the counter actually talked to my daughter as a person and not just to me. and the consciousness they use when asking for gluten free is refreshing for those of us allergic. food tasted fresh. not soggy or stale. was very clean and orderly inside.
