The staff took my gluten allergy very seriously!

I walked in around 6 pm on Monday to get 3 sandwiches for dinner. The 3 employees got up from a table in the dining room to come to the line to make my food. The slicer area had a ton of crumbs and mess around it. The employee put on gloves and put pieces of paper over the mess. Then, she proceeded to ask for the blue (gluten-free) knife. She touched the other knife and put her hand down on the paper surface. When I said something about it, she got confrontational, then walked to the back. I won't be going back to this location.
