I love Jersey Mike's because they have gluten-free bread and you can do a lot of personalization of the sandwich you order. I would recommend you try it Mike's way it is delicious. My brother and SIL love the Italian. I usually order the Club.

Having Celiac Disease, it can often be a struggle for me to trust restaurants' food preparation. Every time I have eaten at a Jersey Mike's, they change gloves and use a separate prep area to prevent cross-contamination. The selection of subs is great, and I love the large GF snickerdoodle. I personally love the Italian.
