I have celiac and this place is usually really great, the taller gentlemen behind the counter was great, changed his gloves and used precaution and made others aware that it was a gluten allergy. The women that was at the toppings station was not so great, I asked her if I could have fresh ingredients that were not cross contaminated for mine and my nieces sandwich, we both have celiac and cannot have cross contamination and she would not accommodate and said they did not have any fresh ingredients that are not cross contaminated. When I was here previously they had fresh ingredients in the back, it seems like she just didn’t want to do her job. *this entire process would be better if allergies were handled by one person instead of multiple*
