I have celiacs disease and no other Sub Shop has gluten free bread to make a decent sub except for Jersey Mike's. They make sure they clean all surfaces for me and use clean utensils to make my sandwich. I'm very impressed with their understanding what celiacs disease is and how they're trained to make a gluten-free sub. I am now a frequent customer of Jersey Mike's.
