First time I've had a sub since I was diagnosed with celiac. Absolutely wonderful staff! They wiped down EVERYTHING my sandwich would come into contact with. Dedicated gluten-free knife, mayo, and sub roll! Will return to Jersey Mike's when I want a sub!!!

Last night I visited the Berlin store for the first time. All four people I interacted with were smiling and helpful even though busy. But the star is the man working the griddle! I require gluten free and this is the first cheese steak I have had in years! Toasted bun filled with deliciousness! I watched him make it he was careful and protected me. Wish I knew his name to thank him. But hopefully he sees this! Thank you!
